Master our signature slow-smoked BBQ techniques at the heart of our kitchen. As a Pitmaster at 4 rivers smokehouse, you'll oversee the smoking process, ensure consistent quality, and help craft the authentic flavors our guests love.
- 2+ years of BBQ or smokehouse cooking experience
- Proficiency with offset smokers and wood-fire techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
Lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations with excellence. The Restaurant Manager at 4 rivers is responsible for team performance, guest satisfaction, daily operations, and upholding our Southern hospitality traditions.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling, inventory, and POS systems
- Passion for guest experience and hospitality

- 2+ years event coordination or catering sales experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with event management software and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Help tell the story of 4 rivers BBQ to the world. You'll manage our social media presence, run digital ad campaigns, create engaging content, and grow our community of BBQ lovers across the United States and beyond.
- 2+ years digital marketing or social media management experience
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Content creation skills including photography and copywriting
- Passion for food, culture, and authentic storytelling
